JUNO’S SERVICES – CUSTOMER POLICY & SERVICE AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing Juno’s Services for your home maintenance needs. These policies ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and without misunderstandings.
🗑 TRASH & BULKY WASTE PICKUP

Bagged Trash Only: All trash must be tied securely in bags. Loose trash will not be collected.

Pickup Time: Place trash curbside or in your designated pickup location the night before your service day — collections may begin as early as 5 AM.

Recycling: If you wish to recycle, place items in a separate bag clearly labeled.

Bulky Items: Large furniture, appliances, or construction debris must be scheduled separately for an extra fee.

Hazardous Waste: We cannot collect hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, fuel, etc.) as we are not licensed to handle them.

Bins: Weekly customers are provided a 96-gallon trash bin. Do not overfill bins — lids must close to prevent litter caused by animals or weather.
🧼 ROOF SOFT WASHING

Weather: Services are weather dependent. Rain, heavy wind, or freezing conditions may cause rescheduling.

Access: Ensure we have clear access to water spigots and no vehicles or obstacles blocking the roof perimeter.

Fragile Items: Remove or secure fragile items (furniture, decorations, etc.) around the home before service.

Plants & Landscaping: While we take precautions, customers should cover delicate plants if they are sensitive to water or cleaning solutions.
🪣 GUTTER CLEANING

Access: Make sure driveways and yard areas near the home are clear of vehicles, furniture, and pets so we can safely set up ladders and work areas.

Downspouts: Standard cleaning includes clearing gutters and flushing downspouts.

Extreme Conditions: Heavy ice, snow, or unsafe roof conditions may require rescheduling.
🪟 WINDOW CLEANING

Interior Access: For interior window cleaning, someone must be present or arrangements made for entry.

Window Prep: Please remove screens, curtains, or blinds if they block access to the glass.

Weather: Exterior window cleaning may be postponed for heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temps.
🔥 DRYER VENT CLEANING

Access: Make sure we can reach both the dryer inside and the vent exit outside.

Appliances: We are not responsible for any existing issues or damage to dryer vents, ducting, or appliances.

Service Scope: Dryer vent cleaning is for maintenance only — we do not repair or replace dryer systems.
🌳 STUMP GRINDING

Equipment Access: Clear the work area of rocks, fencing, or decorations. We require a 3–4 ft wide path for equipment to reach the stump.

Underground Utilities: The customer must confirm that no underground utilities (gas, electric, water, or septic lines) are near the stump area.

Debris: Grinding creates wood chips. Chips will be left on-site unless a haul-away service is requested for an additional fee.
🍂 YARD CLEANUP & SEASONAL SERVICES

Yard waste (leaves, branches, debris) must be accessible and free of hazardous materials.

Haul-away of yard debris is available for an extra fee unless otherwise stated.
🚐 TRAVEL POLICY
We proudly serve Southern and Western Maine. For jobs located more than 15 miles from Naples, Maine, a travel feewill apply:

$1.50 per mile beyond the 15-mile radius (round trip).
This fee covers fuel, time, and wear on equipment, and will be discussed upfront before scheduling.
💵 PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required in full immediately after the service is completed unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept cash, check, or digital payments (Venmo, CashApp, etc.).

For recurring services (such as trash pickup), payment must be made before the start of the next service period to continue uninterrupted service.
📆 SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee.

Rescheduling: Weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling certain services (roof washing, gutter cleaning, etc.).
⚠️ LIABILITY & SAFETY

Customers must ensure safe, unobstructed access to all work areas.

Juno’s Services is not responsible for any damage of any kind to structures, siding, roofing, landscaping, plants, equipment, or other property.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage uncovered during service.

Services may be refused if the area is unsafe (aggressive pets, hazardous materials, or unstable ladder areas).

Payments Accepted
Juno’s Services makes payment simple and convenient by accepting **cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo, and checks** for all services. Whether you prefer to pay on-site with a card, send a quick Venmo transfer, or use cash or check, we provide flexible options to make the process easy. **Payment is required immediately after each service is completed** unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation Policy
At Juno’s Services, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We value your time and strive to accommodate your needs.
